Social Enxiety and Isolation
Social isolation is the condition in which a person is cut off from social interaction, either intentionally or unintentionally. Due to a virus or illness that is contagious, it can occur through self-isolation, physical separation, or quarantine. A person may also withdraw from social interactions as a result of psychological factors like depression or anxiety. An individual's physical and mental health can be negatively impacted by social isolationisolation or anxiety,which can cause feelings of loneliness, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, it may have an effect on cognitive function and raise the likelihood of certain health conditions like dementia and heart disease. People who are experiencing social anxiety need to seek support, keep in touch with others via virtual means like social media or video calls, and engage in self-care practices like exercising, eating well, and taking up hobbies.
